NEWELLA EXCHANGE is devoted to offering you a simple return process. Within 15 days of delivery to you, we accept returns of unworn, undamaged items with all tags intact for store credit. Please reach out to newellaexchange@gmail.com to begin your return process.
Please double check the mailing address if your tracking information indicates that your shipment was delivered but you can't locate it. See if there was a notice of attempted delivery . Please allow three days; on rare occasions, parcels may indicate delivery up to 36 hours in advance of arrival.
We strive to send out packages as soon as we can, therefore after your order has been accepted and processed, we are unable to make any changes to it. Please cancel your order and create a new one with the new mailing address if you need to change the order's shipping address.
